I founded Kinvara Health because I’ve seen how operational dysfunction holds practices back, and I’ve lived it.

I’m a military veteran with hands-on experience in patient care, minor procedures, and trauma response. I developed advanced trauma and field care knowledge through a Special Operations medical course, which gave me exposure to high-pressure care environments where systems had to work with minimal resources because failure wasn't an option. That experience shaped how I think about clinical operations to this day.

Since then, I’ve worked across hospital operations, healthtech and medical startup consulting, and value-based care initiatives. My focus has always been on building systems that reduce friction and support people whether that’s redesigning EMR workflows, optimizing billing, or helping early-stage ventures bring new care models, or devices to life.

I hold an MBA from Emory University and bring a practical, execution-first mindset to every engagement. Kinvara Health is my way of helping independent practices stay strong, efficient, and focused. Especially in a healthcare environment that demands more with less.
